In the UK almost 10 million tonnes of perfectly edible food is thrown away or lost in the supply chain per year, and we're working with our partners to bring that number down, one ugly cucumber at a time.
We track current and iminent surplus in London's wholesale produce markets and update our partner-kitchens each morning with the latest surplus availability. We deliver within Greater London five days per week, and thanks to TNS' enthusiastic support we recently launched a new weekly Cambridge route.
