After leaving school I went straight into the world of hospitality, and many many years later, I haven’t looked back.
I have extensive experience in operations, finance and people management. This allows me to have a full rounded view of the people relationships within the business as I understand most of the different departmental needs.
The main purpose of my role is to support, coach and challenge growth within our colleague community.
A few of my favourite strap lines are ‘set people up for success’ and ‘feedback is a gift’.
