I have been a chef for over 20 years. I was the Head Chef in France at the age of 19, and was lucky enough to work all over the world cooking, whilst I was traveling over 38 countries.
With some of the highlights being; living aboard dive boats, and working in exclusive hotels in Austrailia, New Zealand, Canada & Asia, I am now finally residing in Devon and working for a brilliant company that is TNS.
It might be worth mentioning that I'm also a minor celebrity after appearing on a game show!
